Then join us for a pioneering pop art workshop exploring identity and education whilst networking with other Muslim teachers.
The Muslim Teachers Association aims to inspire thinking around the world of education and our identity as Muslims.
Catering for all levels from novice to experienced artist this 2hour workshop will delve into the possibilities of what it means to be a British Muslim Educator.
The workshop will be delivered by Farah Soobhan.
We look forward to welcoming you to One Hoe St, the flagship venue for the London Borough of Culture.
Soobhan of Farahvisualarts is a teacher and mixed media artist who uses a pop art aesthetic to explore her identity as a Muslim woman living in the West as well as various other important political and humanitarian issues taking place locally as well as around the world.
